INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION?

by on November 27, 2010

Capitalism is an economic system in witch the means of production are
owned by individuals rather than the government. In a purely capitalistic
society, businesses have free reign to operate as they see fit in order to
obtain their goals:profits. We have learned about the struggles of many Americans to survive during the Industrial Revolution of the late 1800s and earl 1900s. what are some problems that resulted from pure capitalist? Do you believe socialism (economic system in witch the government owns the means of production) may be an answer o these problems? why or why not?
