How can I buy mobile homes from FEMA?

There are thousands of mobile homes that FEMA purchased for hurricane katrina relief sitting at an airport in Hope, AR. It looks as though they will not be able to use many of these homes. Are they going to sale these homes to attempt to recover some of thier cost. If so, how do I go about purchasing one or 20 of those mobile homes.
